Christopher J. Valin
Christopher J. Valin is a writer, teacher, artist, and historian living in the
Los Angeles area. He received his masters' degree with honors in military
history from American Military University and his bachelor's degree in history
from the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs. He has also attended the
Teaching American History Institute entitled One Nation: Many Faiths and many
related workshops, seminars, and trainings for the past three years.
Christopher's stories have been published in several books, as well as a biography of his 5x great-grandfather, entitled Fortune's Favorite: Sir Charles and the Breaking of the Line. He is also the editor of the Fireship Press edition of Naval Evolutions: A Memoir, by Sir Charles' son, Sir Howard Douglas..
